story = Awesome!!! narration = Excellent!!! Great crunchy Gamelit story! Mr Brooks broke into the Gamelit genera with this as his first book. The genera will never be the same!!! Ancient stories tell of Mr. Brooks basement containing thousands of monkeys typing frantically on typewriters blessed by the kiss of a benevolent goddess to create such wonderful farfetched tails. Now we know it\’s true. WARNING: Do not listen to this book if you do not want to join the cult of Mr. Brooks. The first book starts your slippery slope and there is no redemption.

was a solid beginning intro to dungeon core series, would love it to be longer. also the stays which I normally love were almost too crunch, would work just fine in print form but was hard to get through them on audio, still a good start

No build up. Lack a protagonist. If maybe the first 2 or 3 books were put together it might be a complete book. I wouldn\’t know as i will not be listening to another one.

Jonathans other books are a must read in the GameLIT genre. This one is short and fun, but doesnt connect with the others, that I noticed. Check out the other stuff and grab this too if you want more of Jonathan.
