This is the first book of the series that really got me obsessed the first time I read it. There\’s so much character development and depth to each and every character from this book forward in the series, if you\’ve made it through the first two to this one, you will not be disappointed!

I think we can all agree, the first book was Meh, the second book got better. But the third, this one, made it all worth it… I cannot wait to start the next one

Audio Heir of Fire narrated by Elizabeth Evans
I did not care for the beginning of the book. It was slow and the main character was less than impressive. However, the development of all the characters and the storyline ended up being great at the end. Furthermore, I don’t like the narrator. She is over dramatic at times when the situation does not call for it. She makes some of them sound like whiny teenagers. Regardless, I was able to get passed it and I am not letting it stop me from listening. I would not be sad if Maas decides to use someone else though.

This series keeps getting better and better. We are introduced to many characters but it’s not convoluted. Everything ties in beautifully. On to the next in the series
