These powers think that there is plenty of space for everyone in the universe so there is no need to fight. But this does not mean that they are together, they don’t allow the other groups to interfere in their domain and if this happens then the matter becomes serious all of a sudden. Luckily such incidents ended long ago and the human race has been living in complete peace in their different colonies.
