Sid audiobook free
I received an ARC in exchange for a fair and honest review. Damon, Jared, Duncan, finally Sid…or should I say, Sidilicious? Fans of Ms. Gabelman’s VC Warriors “Protector” series have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of this funny, sexy, multitalented vampire. Sid is leading the investigation into the disappearance of young women when he meets the fiery petite human police investigator named Lana Fitzpatrick. Sparks fly between these two as they work together with the other warriors to try to locate Angelina and the other missing women. In this book we again meet an old enemy, a jealous scheming blood donor, and a sexy Warrior fighting his attraction to a spunky half-breed. Ms. Gabelman continues to keep the reader involved in the lives of the other Warriors and their mates while weaving an exciting tale for the main characters in this fun, fast paced story. Lana & Sid’s romance is fraught with obstacles as they rush to find the man holding Lana’s sister ‘mentally’ captive while also tracking leads to locate the missing women. The characters in this novel are realistic and the plot is well developed with enough twists and surprises to keep the reader rapidly turning the pages racing to find out “what next”. And the “what next” is a conclusion that will totally surprise the reader . I enjoyed this book very much. I highly recommend it to all readers 18+ years old. I will definitely be reading more of this series as the books become available.

Sid audiobook in series The Protectors (Gabelman)
**********Contains Spoilers********** Man, this was my favourite book of the series so far as I totally love Sid and Lana they’re perfect for each other. I loved reading some of the sh*t that comes out of Sid’s mouth it was hilarious. I had a smile on my face and laughed out loud basically through the whole boo which was awesome. Lana is a bada*se cop whose undercover trying to bust up the k*dnapping/traffi*king ring. Lana and her twin sister Caroline have necromancy abilities but for the last year Caroline’s been in a coma and totally unreachable for over a year even with Lana’s gifts. Caroline got pulled out early as she was helping Lana read a victims last moments so she got stuck. In actuality someone was holding her spirit captive in order to get to Lana, a life for a life. I loved getting to know Sid as he’s bloody funny and definitely still obsessive about cooking/his kitchen and there’s definitely no s*xy times in his kitchen, he even created a sign with Sid’s Kitchen Rules and harps on to the other mated couples about the rules if he catches them breaking them. What’s even funnier is after he’d just kicked Damon and Nicole out of his kitchen for breaking them, Jared ends up walking in on Sid and Lana breaking his own rules. Jared had so much fun paying him back for all the sh*t he’d given him and Tessa. Wow, the chemistry and sexual tension between Jill and Slade was really hot and their book is going to be combustible and I can’t wait to read it. I loved that we got to see more of the VC Warriors investigation in this book, whereas it seemed like they were just waiting around for the bad guys to come to them in the previous books. They have their sh*t together and work as a team to stop the k*dnapping/traffi*king ring and rescue Angel who’d been taken 3 months ago. Well apart from Adam who’d went a bit rogue but still asked Jill for help when he’d found an in the Angel’s location. I’d definitely recommend this book, series and author to everyone.

Audiobook Sid by Teresa Gabelman
VC Warrior Sid Sinclair is the focus of this story. Sid has always been the one warrior that has a joke about everything under the sun. He also has rules of the kitchen…his kitchen…absolutely no kissing or any other physical contact with those of the female persuasion in his kitchen. That all is about to change when the beautiful cop Lana Fitzpatrick walks into his life. Sid is about to break the #1 rule…and take his lovely new mate in his kitchen…and to hell with whoever doesn’t like it. Lana Fitzpatrick is a tough as nails cop down to her bones and there is no way this vamp is getting in her pants….think again Lana! She is putty in his hands once his lips meet her’s in a passionate kiss that will melt your heart. Sid always use to kid all the other warriors when they fell to their knees for their mates…he is about to get a taste of his own medicine. I love this series so much and hope it never ends!

Audio Sid narrated by Jeffrey Kafer
Finally, in this book, there were some details during the erotic parts that actually kept my attention. The books get better as you go on but I’m still missing all the background for the characters. Also, I feel like the author is focusing too much on the side character’s relationships now, that you miss all the good parts by the time you get to the book of the couple. Interested to see what happens to Slade and Jill. Also, side note, what’s up with all these dorky modern names? I kind of like it, in an odd way. I mean, Steve for a vampire’s name? Kenny, Bobby, Jeff? Come on. I will give her credit though, it’s a fun little detail that separates the books from every other vampire romance. You’re used to seeing names like Lucan and Micah that it gives these books their own little space in your heart.

Such an amazing story. I love that Sid has found his perfect mate. The author really gave him the perfect woman. She’s strong, sassy, loving and her family means everything to her. Which is perfect because we all know Sid hides his pain behind his smile. This book is one that you won’t be able to put down until you get to the last page. I can’t wait to read the next book. I wonder if Lana’s sister will get a warrior of her own? Only one way to tell, on to the next book.
