The title really caught my attention. Aria is the murderous demon who falls in love with a human, Shigeru. But he turns out to be a demon as well. I was surprised that they kidnapped Yami with the intention to eat him. It turned into a really sweet story with lots of adventure and comedy. The bromance between Yami and Shigeru was great and endearing. I wish I could have followed them on all of their adventures throughout their lives.

Wow, Ive never read anything like this. The storytelling is so cinematic and the characters seem so real and funny. It kind of feels like youre watching a movie or TV show. I found myself falling in love with all the characters, especially Yami. He needs his own book or spin off story!

Audiobook My Lover is a Murderous Demon by D.S. Gramme
This story has lots of twists and turns that give the reader unexpected outcomes that jar your expectations (but in a good way)! The story focuses on Aria, a vicious demon who surprisingly falls in love with a human named Shigeru, a poor food cart chef. Lord Oboro decides to ruin her plans, only to find out that Shigeru is actually a demon himself! Lord Oboro is defeated and Aria and Shigeru begin their lives together. . . well, sort of. Aria grabs an orphan, Yami, a young boy who wants to kill her. What actually happens is that the three of them along the way become a real family and Aria learns more about truly being in love. The story flows very well and the characters somehow will endear themselves to the reader! Theres probably a bit of magic thrown in there, but seriously, you will enjoy this one!

First of all, I just gotta say I love how well this story flows! Hell I even begin to SOMEHOW kinda sorta relate to the demon??? Its all so good and action packed and seriously whoever picks this up and doesnt finish is severely missing out! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review
